Robert Byers died in 1876 and is buried at the Ballaarat Old Cemetery.[1]

Obituary

Funeral Notices. THE Friends of the late Mr ROBERT BYERS are respectfully invited to follow his remains to the place of interment, the Ballarat New Cemetery. The funeral procession to move from his late re sidence, No. 100 South street, on Sunday, the 23rd instant, at Two o’clock p.m. F. ATKINS, Undertaker, Bridge street, and Dawson street, opposite the Roman Catholic Church.[3]

The will, dated December 30, 1893, of Joseph Roff, late of Ballarat East, merchant, who died at Windsor on May 20, has been lodged for probate.
