Obituary

At the close of the ordinary business of this meeting the vacancy caused by the death of the late lamented George Annand, Esq., will have to be filled up by the election of another director. The names of the candidates are W. B. Burnley, Essex M.L.C., J. D. Pinnock, Esq., and J. Quirk, Esq. The election will be conducted by ballot, and will close at four o'clock.<ref>The Argus, 6 February 1856.
