William Jardine
Catherine Gloury arrived in Hobart on 26 August 1849 with her parents Michael Gloury and Margaret MacQuiniff (also known as Macneiff) on the vessel William Jardine. Catherine married William Creelman. There were also Margaret, Laurence and a child Gloury who disembarked, but the shipping details are difficult to decipher, so it is always wise to check the original records.[1]
