Background

Russell Thomas White was born on 19 June 1895 (Windermere, Victoria), Parents: William Nicholas, farmer, b. Cornwall, and Ellen Janet Banfield.

White was educated at Grenville College. He married on 20 Dec 1917 to Isabel (Lyn) Wade.
