Obituary

The death occurred at Havelock on Thursday of Mr. Robert Henry Battye, who arrived in Victoria in 1852, and took part in the fight at the Eureka Stockade. Deceased had reached the age of 81 years. He leaves a widow and family of seven sons and five daughters.[1]
