However, if the Bench would caution the applicant, probably the ends of justice would be obtained. The license was granted.[1]
- On the 11th July, Mr Michael Callinan, at Ballarat, Victoria, aged 38 years, late of Kilfenora, county Clare, Ireland, greatly regretted by all his friends, eldest son of John Callinan, of same place.[2]
