Obituary

Mr. Charles Miner of Midlleton-road, Albany, who died last week after a long residence in Albany at the age of 65 years, belonged to the 40th Regiment and took part under Captain Thomas in the attack on the Eureka Stockade on December 3, 1854.[1]
