Pepperbox revolver
The Pepperbox revolver was a common revolver on the Victorian goldfields. It had six preloaded barrels arranged in a circular pattern around a central pin. The Pepperbox was manufactured in the 1830s and continued through to the 1870s. It was superseded by the Colt revolver. [1]
