William Fraser

William A.G. Fraser died in August 1899 aged 77 years, and is buried at the Ballaarat Old Cemetery.[1]

The Ballarat Courier records that the maker and hoister of the flag that flew above the Eureka Stockade on that fateful Sunday in December, 1854, when the diggers came into conflict with the authorities — Mr. Wm. A. G. Fraser— died on Thursday morning, aged 77 years.[2]
