William Cooper was residing at Ballarat when he signed the Benden Hassell Petition in 1856. [1]

Post 1854 Experiences

In 1858 William Cooper was Secretary of the Ballarat Prospecting Association.[2]

In 1860 William Cooper was Secretary of the Ballarat West Fire Brigade, [3]
