Background
Goldfields Involvement, 1854
Mullins was born around 1826 in County Limerick, Ireland. His name is incorrectly recorded as Thomas Mullins on the Eureka monument. He was a participant in the Eureka battle and killed on 3 December 1854 from gunshot wounds. Mullins is buried in the Ballaarat Old Cemetery and was 28 years of age at the time of his death.
