John North married Elizabeth Ann Doyle.[1]

According to family history John North was at the Eureka Stockade in 1854.[2]

Post 1854 Experiences

John North was the licensee of the North Star Hotel. When it closed in 1891 Mrs North was the owner. He attended the 50th anniversary of the Eureka Stockade,[3] and his 50th anniversary commemorative ribbon is held by Museum Victoria.Cite error: Closing </ref> missing for <ref> tag
