William Dumbrell

Background

William Dumbrell was born in1827. He married Ann Boyd in 1850 and they had 10 children. He died on 07 October 1912, and was buried in Albury Cemetery.[1]


Goldfields Involvement, 1854

Dumbrell was involved in the defence of the Eureka Stockade on 03 December 1854.[2]

Post 1854 Experiences

The Dumbrell family moved to Albury, and William Dumbrell left there to visit Ballarat for the 50th Anniversary celebrations in 1904.[3]
